I just read an article by Rob Witcher that informed me of new 2025 CPE requirements.
The article was specific to the CCSP CPE.
I did not find these new requirements stated in the 2024 handbook that is currently in our member portals.
The article is here: https://destcert.com/resources/ccsp-cpe/
The very important portions of the 2025 update to CCSP CPE requirements from the article are:

I'll leave it to one of the admins to confirm, but I don't believe any of these points are correct. @Kaity @mariatirado
They used to have annual requirements, but these were scrapped long ago. The CPE handbook now mentions annual "suggestions" for full members but the only requirements are still across the 3-year cycle - I'd be surprised if they reverted back to annual requirements. NB - Associates of ISC2 do have annual requirements.
How would changing the reporting to align with the calendar year make any sense unless your 3-year cycle was also aligned to the calendar year?
A mobile app has been one of the top requests from members for many years now, but if one exists why didn't he post a link to it? I certainly can't find one.
90-day grace periods and certificate suspensions/reinstatements are not new and are documented in the policies: https://www.isc2.org/policies-procedures/member-policies > ISC2 Certification Maintenance Policy
That final point about the CCSP having higher CPE requirements than the CISSP is wrong (60-90 vs 40). Check the policy I listed above - he's clearly confusing the 3-year cycle for CCSP versus the annual suggested for CISSP.
Generally speaking, if there were changes to the 2025 requirements, why aren't they reflected in the member portal which went through a major update only 2-3 months or so ago?
I'd probably stick to official sources of information for all matters ISC2: https://www.isc2.org/insights
Hello and thanks for tagging me!
I can confirm the information being shared on another site is incorrect. There are no annual requirements for CPE credits (except for those holding the Associate designation). CPE requirements are due at the end of your three-year cycle, which does not tie to the calendar year.
A direct link to the current handbook can be found online here: https://media.isc2.org/-/media/Project/ISC2/Main/Media/documents/members/CPE-Handbook-2023.pdf?rev=3...
We also link the handbook on the CPE portal for all members, so you can always find it 🙂 https://cpe.isc2.org/
