HI @mjstein - is this the post you're referring to? 

It looks like the format in the "preview" on your chapters home page doesn't take the formatting; however it is a preview. Once a member were to click the content to open it, the formatting seems to be correct.

The formatting was just text with line spaces and word spaces. Nothing else.
So why would the preview not take it? We need it to be somewhat readable to
be presentable to people.
