Whenever a particular service isn't available via the organization's internet, the users tend to think that it's been restricted by IT Security, or the party handling the firewall has done something.
I have to admit that seeing that it wasn't only on our side for once was a wee bit of a relief for me, but I suppose those who are dependent on it will feel the effects...

Yes, neither did I, but suddenly many users in our organization were calling to complain --- which is how I came to know...
