Volkswagen claims IT infrastructure is not affected after cyber attack

It appears that Volkswagen have some decent security policies and have protected their infrastructure from a cyber attack in a public claim after 8Base claimed to have obtained personal information from the companies infrastructure, without any confirmation of this at all.
