Seriously?

Point 1: "Addressing a cybersecurity conference in Moscow, ..." This is like the Don addressing all of his cronies encouraging them to play nice while they continue their thuggery.

Point 2: The media are so mind-numbed. "The Russian leader didn’t address allegations that government-sponsored Russian hackers have meddled in the U.S. 2016 presidential elections. Moscow has strongly denied interfering in the vote."  They can't think for themselves and thus keep asking the same silly questions.  Putin: "Why yes Ms. CNN jiggly reporter-ette, we have in fact carried out many missions to both hack and monitor every voting booth in America." -.- No bad guy is going to admit to his deeds unless he thinks there is no chance of retribution.  No good cop is going to divulge the technique on how he found the bad guy so that the same tool can be used again in the future.

Bottom line ... it is all laughable.
