ISC2 HQ is in Tampa. And, in a couple of weeks they'll have a civic election.
So, somebody hacked the mayor's Twitter account and sent sexist and racist tweets, pr0n, and a fake warning about a missile attack.
City Hall eventually got the account back.
Somebody from HQ wanna go down the street and talk to the mayor about password strength?
(Or, possibly the @rslade account has been hacked and somebody is posting "controversial political statements" ...)
Let’s advise elected officials that they are better off using MFA to verify their identity to services like twitter - this will help them along side the string passwords/handle properly advice - unless of course they are running on a platform of random pr0n, hate and crime, then can I Guess carry on subcontracting to vandals using weak passwords.

Inside job?
Would be my guess. It's the yellow post-it note stuck to the underside of the Dell keyboard because I was passed over for a promotion hack.
