... could be giving away your location.  It's nice to have location based weather but at what cost?

This appears to depict the issue of API's and the convenience and expectation that everything is trusted.  However the reality, many developers still produce just enough software to do enough to work, but definitely not following Secure practices.   This is where the heart of the issue lies, who can we trust, and what questions should everyone be asking, before they download the next API from Google or Apple etc.
