I read an article about this and was tempted to post it here. My trouble is that, if they were *good* hackers, their whereabouts would never be known. For Israel to bomb a building in real-time while the hack was being perpetrated is possible but I'm more apt to put it in the "that's really hard to do" category.
My unsubstantiated humble opinion is a specific target was in that building and the cover of the retaliatory attack was used to send the target to his eternal reward of 72 virgins.
But, we are at war with some nation states when it comes to cyber security. If you disagree you are not being honest about their intent. Is it nation-state policy to now use lethal force on a target when they are actively targeting you with cyber attacks?
