For some reason, on the Johns Hopkins CoVID-19 dashboard, Canada, as a country, has disappeared. (If you switch to the province/state/dependency mode, the individual provinces with infections still show up.)
This is disturbing, for someone who lives there ...
I really didn't think that post would make it through the dreaded "community" pr0n filter on the first try ...
Apparently, for some inexplicable reason, watching this old British comedy sketch, "Dinner for One," is a New Years tradition for many Germans.
Somehow, it seems rather more appropriate this year ...
(For English speakers, there is about two and a half minutes of introduction in German that you can skip.)
I know that, what with no-smoking rules indoors, and rules about how far you have to be from doors, it's hard for the nicotine addicts to find a place to light up at the mall.
But I wonder at the logic behind their almost universal choice of "beside the natural gas metres."
HI @rslade I always thought it was Meters as in AVO 8 or similar rather than distance i.e. Metres e.g. 10 Kms etc.
However, a suggestion, try it out on the Gas Oven, often this gets the results they really want....
Or of course they could light up whilst filling up at a Gas Station or as we state Petrol Station?
Regards
Happy New Year

OK, we've had zombie hornets, zombie hurricanes, zombie mink, pumpkin spice Kraft Dinner (OK, it's nothing to do with zombies, but it's still a horror), and now we've got ...
The latest conspiracy theory about vaccines: a 5G chip is being shot into you along with the vaccine. As proof, they provide the circuit diagram for the chip. Except that it's not a 5G circuit, it's a circuit for a guitar foot pedal.
As the song says, the world is full of stupid people.
As George Carlin said, "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realise half of them are stupider than that."
And, of course, we are forbidden from discussing the biggest security news story today ...
