Summary:
Learn of the progress and current priorities being set from a broad set of companies and practitioners as they work to comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This session looks beyond the specifics of GDPR to illustrate the front-line experience being shared within (ISC)2‘s EMEA Advisory Council (EAC) members’ task force of certified information security professionals who are actively working on their company’s effort to comply. With the aim to both curate the best of current experience and share effective tips and tools, the group is identifying challenges that many have yet to consider.
