The RSA algorithm is named after Rivest, Shamir, and Adelman, the cryptographers who invented/developed it. Adi Shamir is the "S" in RSA.
The RSA security conference is on right now. There is a cryptographers panel. Adi Shamir is supposed to be there.
He isn't.
Because of US immigration policy.
He did attend via videoconference. And suggested that, in future, major security conferences be held outside the US so that anyone could attend ...
