For those that may not have seen this in their email:

 

(ISC)² Annual Meeting Proxy Voting Instructions

As announced on December 1, 2020, the Annual Meeting of the Members of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, Inc. (hereafter (ISC)² or the Corporation) will be held at the (ISC)² Corporate Headquarters located at 311 Park Place Blvd. Suite 400 Clearwater, FL 33759 on February 1, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. ET for the following purpose:

1.   To consider and vote upon a proposal to approve modifying the (ISC)² bylaws currently in effect since 2017 and replace them with the proposed amended and restated bylaws.

The Board of Directors of the Corporation have reached the conclusion that the amended and restated bylaws is desirable.  It is the opinion of the Board of Directors that these bylaws should be approved by the Corporation membership. 

2.   To receive the 2020 Management Annual Report presentation from the Chief Executive Officer.

3.   To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
 
Beginning December 15, 2020, you may submit your vote for the proposals. Instructions are as follows:
  1. Voting by proxy will be done electronically via the (ISC)² website at https://www.isc2.org/dashboard.You can only cast one ballot.
  2. You will be required to log in by entering your User ID and password.
  3. To record your vote beginning December 15, 2020, please click on the link provide online at https://www.isc2.org/dashboard.
  4. Click the Vote Now link in the banner at the top of the page.
  5. Information on the proposals can be found on the voting platform.
  6. To cast your vote, you must select an answer to all proposals (Yes/No/Abstain). 
As a reminder, eligibility to vote in the election requires a member to be in good standing as of December 1, 2020. If you have any questions regarding the process, please contact legal@isc2.org. Please note: due to COVID-19, attendance in person will be limited.  

ELECTRONIC BALLOTING WILL BEGIN DECEMBER 15, 2020 AT 10:00 a.m. ET AND CLOSE JANUARY 20, 2021 AT 5:00 p.m. ET.

That's it? Do I have to read all 31 pages of supporting documentation? What about "other business" coming up?

Since it only allows them to have exec meeting over the phone, I'd say it's pretty
much a non-issue.

I simply copied the email as I know a few folks do not get them.

 

@TrickyDicky is one and there are others.

 

I would have to hazard a guess that this is the only change, however that is a better question for @GJackson.
