Facebook allows advertisers to rewrite "news" headlines ...

OK, Facebook advertisers can't change the news, and they can't make up their own.  But, apparently, they can place a link in their ad to an actual news story, but change the headline.  It's easy to see how this could really influence people's thinking about an issue ...

Even if you get it out, the vast majority will not believe or act on that advice.

 

Recall when Jon Stewart stridently told viewers of The Daily Show that it was a comedy show, not a news program, and surveys continued to show that one of the most important NEWS sources for young adults was.....
