Here is another gold mine of information useful for organisations dealing with AI issues:
New publication from the OECD, a draft on classifications and definitions of AI Incidents, hazards, and disasters. While it is a working draft, it does provide some good guidance and clarity around how to treat each of the types of AI incidents, and will help an 'Inform' an incident reporting framework over time. Pretty useful and good guidance.
