SEC and the monitoring of messaging and social media platforms for compliance
With recent events surrounding the SEC, financial services entities and the unethical/illegal use of messaging/social media platforms, I'd love to hear what technical solutions this community is using to monitor and archive messaging and social media platform conversations in an attempt to do their due diligence with regards to compliance in this area. What has worked for you? What hasn't and why? For instance, is a possible return to corporate issued (and therefore centrally-managed) devices really an answer? I look forward to hearing from you!
