Hi,
I have been trying to purchase the CCSP exam for over two weeks now.Eventually, the exam fee was deducted from my bank account, but an error occurred on the payment screen, and no valid exam appears on my ISC2 dashboard.
Since then, I tried to contact ISC2 support through chat, email, and by phone, but only in a few attempts did I receive any response, and until now the issue is not solved.
Honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the level of support ISC2 is providing to its candidates.
Has anyone had such an experience? Any idea how we can work this out?

Thank you for your quick reply. Someone from ISC2 contacted me by email last Friday following your message and mentioned that he would look into my case. However, I haven’t received any update since then.
This has been my experience with ISC2 over the past few weeks, I receive an initial response saying the issue will be reviewed, but then there’s no follow-up.

I just paid yesterday and the exact same thing happened to me.
I'm from Colombia.
But I still don't have a solution.
