Dear Team,
When I purchased the CISSP exam papers, the exam fee was confirmed to be deducted from my credit card, but the payment page displayed an error, and my ISC2 control panel did not show my order information or valid exam details.
I have already reported this issue to customer service at

Since I need to take the Simplified Chinese version of the exam, which is only available in March, June, September, and December each year, time is very tight.
The exam I've prepared for for so long has been completely delayed because of this.
This is incredibly frustrating
What else can I do to expedite the resolution of this problem?
