Unable to schedule an exam

I scheduled an exam last Friday but it was canceled last week for unknown reasons.

I tried to find another slot but I can not see anything once I logged in.

I do not have the option any more to choose a slot.

Is someone experiencing  the same issue?

I filled several forms to complain but still no answer;

@Nabsnat06 Thank you. So the peace of mind one. I have never bought one of those but am guessing that the E-mail should be at least close to the same. Were there date limitations that you remember? I probably won’t get to my work E-mail until tomorrow but will look for some key words from my last one(s). I purchase for myself and our employees. I definitely want to see you get closure on this.
