CCSP Exam Schedule Missing

Hi, I purchased the CCSP CBT Exam last September 26, 2024. Paid in full. Previously, I was able to see the "Schedule Exam" link for the CCSP in my dashboard. However, upon checking as of 09/05/2025, that "schedule exam" link is gone and there's not even a trace of the CCSP Exam in my dashboard anymore. I'm wondering what happened? Per my understanding, I have 365 days from date of purchase to take the exam, correct? If that is true, shouldn't I have up to Sept 25, 2025 to take the exam? Then, why is it that I can't schedule an exam anymore? Hope anyone can help. I have reached out to support multiple times but are of no help at all, always telling me to go to my dashboard, again, nothing shows in my dashboard. It's kind of frustrating.

@mbran I have had to help a couple of people at work because it is really confusing now to schedule an exam with a voucher and guessing is what have. We had to pretend to buy a voucher and then put in the voucher at checkout. It was pretty kludgy. You probably already saw this from ISC2 but including in case gives you more information. I know the people that I helped were extremely frustrated as well. https://www.isc2.org/register-for-exam

@nkeaton greatly appreciate your response on my concern. Follow-up question, where do I look for the voucher code? Was it emailed separately? I checked my email but I can't find about the voucher, I only have the order confirmation email when I bought it. Would you be able to share the email subject and the sender so I can check again. I did not bother to save or copy any voucher codes before because when I paid for the exam, the "schedule exam" button was outright in my dashboard. Again, thank you very much!

@mbran I'm sorry to learn about your difficulty scheduling your exam.

Your voucher code (a 12-character string of numbers and UPPER CASE letters, beginning with TS or TC) would have been emailed to you about 7 days after you received the access code for the training. 

If you can find the voucher code, you can choose the single CCSP exam  (US$ 599) from the ISC2 website. As you move from one screen to the next, you will find a place to enter the 12-character voucher code.

In the meantime, i see you gave been in cimmunication with one of my colleagues in APAC and we have a case for you in the Exam Administration queue. If you find your voucher, and have difficulty using it to purchase your exam, keep the voucher code handy. The Exam Administration coordinator who works your case will need it.

You will hear from an Exam Administration coordinator within 3 to 5 business days.

@mbran I always look for ISC2 to find the E-mail. It should be not long after you paid for it. If you have issues, I can try to look up an E-mail for more search clues. It looks like you got the best advice from ISC2 though.
