Trouble while registering for ISC2 CC Exam

While I was registering for ISC2 CC Exam in this page "https://my.isc2.org/s/ISC2-Pearson" . After submitting all the details and click on Submit, I am getting this error response.

Could you please help here, I want to take this Exam.

Please can something sort it out, as at my end I am not able to reschedule my exam.
