Testing center not available in Dammam/Khobar for CC Exam

I cannot find an exam center in Dammam/Khobar Saudi Arabia. My collegues attended their exam in Dammam. I can see on Pearson VUE that the nearest one is in Bahrain. 

Can somebody help?

iam also about to book for the CC exam but i couldnt find in Testing Centers in Dammam\Khobar, can someone help us without redirecting us to sending emails?

my friends took the exam before in Dammam and khobar before.
