Request for Reinstatement of ISC2 CC Exam Voucher

Dear Exam Administration Team,

I am writing to request the reinstatement of my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam voucher. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the exam scheduled for 16 November 2024 due to an issue with my secondary ID.

At the test center, I presented a valid government-issued ID, which was accepted. However, my secondary ID, which was my college ID, was not accepted as it did not have a signature on it. This led to the test center refusing to allow me to take the exam.The Test center also raised a Case regarding this and the case number is 12198954.

I understand the importance of adhering to ISC2's ID requirements. However, I had not realized that the absence of a signature on my secondary ID(College ID) would cause this issue. I have traveled over 15 km to take the exam, which resulted in lost travel time and the forfeiture of my exam voucher.

As an ISC2 candidate with ISC2 ID: 2340737, I sincerely request your consideration to reinstate my CC exam voucher. I assure you that I will provide valid and compliant identification for my next exam attempt.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I hope ISC2 will consider my situation and allow me the opportunity to reschedule my exam.

You won't get any traction here. I believe the confirmation email you received when scheduling has a phone number. I had to reschedule my exam and they were very helpful. Pearson will be able update you on what qualifies for exam credit and reschedule.

I usually use a credit card for for secondary piece of identification.  You definitely want to contact ISC2 support to resolve this situation.  Best wishes.
