You won't get any traction here. I believe the confirmation email you received when scheduling has a phone number. I had to reschedule my exam and they were very helpful. Pearson will be able update you on what qualifies for exam credit and reschedule.
I usually use a credit card for for secondary piece of identification. You definitely want to contact ISC2 support to resolve this situation. Best wishes.
