Receiving this error message while registering for CC exam

Need support, I am receiving this error message while resigerting for ISC2 CC exam. 

Appreciate if anyone can help. I have already emailed ExamAdministration@isc2.org,
membersupportapac@isc2.org but not response received yet. 

Urgent support will be quite helpful.

I dont want to miss the chance of free CC certification that why wanted to have this resolve as quickly as possible. Can you help in that, its been more then a day they havent responded.
