Passed Exams on certification application

Hi, need some help.

I've passed CISSP on May 28, and i received the email that i pass provisionally and the email with the definitive information, that I passed the exam.

On my dashboard it also says that I passed the exam.

On page: https://my.isc2.org/s/endorsement-application

I have the documentation and a member to be able to make the endorsement, but so far I do not have any record on table "Passed Exams".

I sent an email a few days ago but I haven't received any response yet.

Is this normal?

Hi @hps - Congrats on passing your exam! I can see that you sent an email to the team on Thursday of last week. Currently, the Exam Admin team is processing a lengthy queue of inquiries, and the SLA for this task can take up to 5-7 business days.
