Thank you for contacting the ISC2 Community Board.

Scheduling period for your exam should be on your dashboard, if you are past the scheduling period, you'll be unable to reschedule your exam.

Please note: exams cannot be rescheduled once you are within 24-hours of your appointment time.

  • To reschedule your exam, log into your ISC2 account and visit Courses and Exams.
  • Click the Reschedule button next to the exam.
  • You will be prompted to review your ISC2 Exam Account Information form. Be sure this information is accurate.
  • Upon review of the form, you will be redirected to the Pearson VUE website.
  • From your Pearson VUE dashboard, click the exam you wish to reschedule.
  • On the Exam Appointment Details screen, click Reschedule or Cancel.

Pearson VUE charges a reschedule fee of U.S. $50 and a cancellation fee of U.S. $100. If you do not sit for your exam within 365 days of your initial scheduled exam date, your exam fee will NOT be refunded. Those participating in ISC2’s One Million Pledge sitting for the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam for the first time do not pay fees for rescheduling.
