Impossible to schedule exam in Italy

I bought a voucher for CISSP exam with peace of mind protection which expires on April 21, 2025. In order to respect the 30 days window between the two trials, I booked my first exam try on March 18. Now, if I check on the only test center available in Italy, they do not have any available date in April for a hypothetical second try (neither in May, June, July, etc.). This is not right, ISC2 needs to allow me to exercise my right to a second try since I paid for that. What do you suggest? Obviously the customer support is not responding.

@er20   Have you talked with Pearson Vue since the exam vouchers and the test centers are theirs?  I believe that they would be only ones that could resolve this.  Best wishes.
