ISC2 CC Exam

I have appeared for ISC2 CC exam on April 30 and received a Provisional Confirmation that I've passed the Exam and it takes 2-5 days to complete further process of certification. It's been 6 days and I didn't receive any mail from ISC2. I have been checking my mails from the past 6 days including the spam folders. I have also sent a mail to the member support and didn't get any response. Can anyone tell me how to proceed further?

Please note that about three weeks ago or so, ISC2 updated their website. Since then, there have been glitches found where emails may not have gone out. ISC2 has been working diligently to resolve these issues.
