Hi,
I have my CC exam scheduled next week but would like to reschedule, however I can't work out how to do this online.
I have the exam confirmation which contains a link to reschedule, which sends me to the PearsonVue website and shows a page with ISC2 and a link to Login to reschedule the exam. If i click this link it takes me to my ISC2 page that, as far as I can tell contains no details of any exams. I have tried calling Pearson Vue but they take ages to answer and, when they finally, they sound like they are on top of a mountain having a party and I've no idea what they are saying! 😀
Please could you help?
I have finally spoken to someone at PV and got my exam changed, but there seems to be a suggestion that I should be seeing the exam somewhere against my Profile in my ISC2 login - is that correct or will it not appear until I've completed it ?

Please send an email to examadministration@isc2.org and request assistance with rescheduling your exam.
in my case, looks like an error in ISC2 with PV - once you choose the exam to reschedule from dashboard it takes account information, and once it submits it throws an error "No purchased exam found for the requested Exam.", when try to log in to Pearson V, it takes back to ISC2 means it's connected each other - means it's an error in somewhere between them as far i can see, and no email response from ISC2 till now it's been 3 days now
