How To Contact The Exam Admin Team? [Help please]

Hi

 
I refer to the Free retake for purchased exam at the link below:
 
I sent applications to examadministration@isc2.org after failing the exam,but got no response, not even an auto-response email to prove that my application was received
 
I'm frustrated because I can't even be sure if the Exam Admin Team received it, but I've been sending emails for three days in a row, can anyone help me? 😞

Sorry to hear about your issue.

 

You might want to consider contacting ISC2 by opening a ticket to them at the following link:

 

https://my.isc2.org/s/Contact-Us

 

 

Keep in mind, they are experiencing high volume of cases and it could take time.  This could be happening to your previous requests too.
