Exam issues

Does anybody know how to contact ISC management? Had issues before the start of my exam this morning and I was not able to take the exam. Till now, I have not been able to speak to anyone that can point me in the right direction. Everyone I spoke to via phone do not seem to care.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
