Issues with signing up for the CC exam

I keep getting an error that state "Error /primaryAddress/phone/phoneCountryCode expected maxLength: 3, actual: 5". I cannot proceed to register. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I never heard from the customer support team. I've triple checked my emails and through my sign in. Any guidance you can give would be much appreciated.
