Hello all,
I finished the CC exam and pass. I received the email that needs to access the online application first but when I tried to access the page, I got this error "Your account has not been fully provisioned yet".
I already email "membersupport@isc2.org" but got no response.
I need to pay the AMF to get the certificate file but cannot perform until finish the online application.
What should I do?
