Today I wrote a exam I was not ready for, which by any means can be my fault. I schedule the exam to 5/10/2023 which is today 3 weeks ago thinking that my leave for that day will be approved for me to go write the exam. But comes yesterday morning my HR told me my leave is not approved and I need to be at work, I called the Pearson center here in Namibia, Windhoek and ask them whether I can reschedule the exam to another day once I feel Im ready, but they told me it is too late which I kinda dont understand untill now, is it not I can call within 24hrs which practically is what I did... Please someone advise on this, maybe Im wrong... Because I wouldve pass that exam if I was fully ready, even sacrifice my job to go write an exam I was not ready for.
