I sent an email to support on May 9th asking for help as my account wasn't working. J** C***
Customer Experience Advisor (EMEA) responed on the 15th that they are looking at it but then never responded since. I sent numerous requests for help. I called the US support number twice and no one answers. I tried the chat after 3pm EST and it said it was closed. I worked out my account issue and now can't seem to purchase the CISSP Exam voucher forthe Piece of Mind option. It errors when I click the Proceed to Checkout button.
