CISSP Registration

I purchased CISSP peace of mind and registered membership for ISC2. I even received a vouchers which is not showing under "exams and certs". Only CC was showing. During the registration, the isc2 website was showing the test as CC. So I went ahead, registered and scheduled thinking it was CISSP but apparently it is a different exam that is free.

My first deadline for peace of mind is May 31st. In 2 days. What do I do? I have been calling and sending emails to ISC2 with no success.

Hi @Cyre - it sounds like you purchased the Peace of Mind offer for CISSP in April, so your terms are here: https://www.isc2.org/landing/exam-peace-of-mind/promo-terms

The directions are on the page, but if you've not taken CISSP yet - but you did purchase the CISSP peace of mind voucher - then you will add the CISSP exam with Peace of Mind Protection to your cart

Add to cart, proceed to checkout and then input your voucher code into the voucher code area. Your cart should go to $0 and then you checkout. Then go to https://www.isc2.org/Dashboard/Courses-Exams and look for the CISSP exam. Click "schedule" to set your time, date and exam location with Pearson VUE.

That's correct, issue i am having is that CISSP wasn't showing at first, only CC was in the certs and exams section. So I went ahead and scheduled the exam with PearsonVue not knowing it wasn't CISSP. Due date for my first peace of mind attempt is 5/31 and there is no availability to schedule the exam in the next 2 days (today is 5/29). Does that mean I will lose 1 of the 2 chances to take the exams?
