CISSP endorsement delays

Hello everyone!

I submitted CISSP endorsement application on Dec 28th 2024. 5+ weeks later, there's still no update on the portal. The application appears to be stuck in the 'Received' stage. Has the average processing time increased from 4–6 weeks? @Kaity

Congrats! I'm still waiting for my CISSP endorsement application to be approved. It is over 6 weeks, I tried to contact the isc2 via chat and contact form but I didn't get any reply 😞

@KarolinaPajak , from everything that I have seen between the holidays and bad weather in their new location, it is taking about 6 weeks.  I know that seems like forever.  Congratulations on passing.

In my application confirmation says to send an email to programs@isc2.org

@epomatti I would suggest waiting the 6 weeks as has been what others are experiencing. Unless you are completely through the process this week, the date on your certificate will be April 1. It is always the first of the month after everything is completed. Your certification will be the date finished but will not be able to get earn CPEs and until the date on your certificate. Congratulations.

Just to update myself as I got approved today after a day short of 4 weeks from endorsement. 🤓

Appreciate the update.  It does seem like takes forever.  At least you made it through to get an April 1 date on your certificate.

Thanks for the update! I was just reading through the community to see if the application process was taking longer than normal. I am currently at week 5 of the 'allow up to 6 weeks for your application to be processed' and I was getting a little antsy. I have a coworker who just took their CC certification test and they have already received their badge and confirmation emails so I figured I'd troll the community to see what was what.
The update on the time frame puts me a little more at ease, and I will try to avoid contacting ISC2 support until the 6 weeks has expired as I can see it took longer for you.

The CC is different.

It does not need an endorsement.

You get your digital certificate right away after successfully passing the exam.
