CISSP Exam: Fees Paid and Charged but error on Checkout

Hello,

 

I tried purchasing the CISSP exam with peace of mind protection. The checkout failed with error but my card was charged.  Please help !

I have the same error today while processing. Funds have left my account, but no confirmation on order history and no options available to book examination. Please advise.

Hi support,

Facing the same issue as well. Have raised email and enquiry form for purchase error and update of first / last name. Planning for examination by Nov but currently stuck, no response and no clue how to proceed forward.

Q1: Checking if ticket has been logged and in queue?
Q2: Any SOP on how to move forward?

I'm sorry to learn you are having difficulty purchasing your exam. 

I do see that there are two cases for you - one is with our Customer Experience team (name update) and the other is with our Exam Administration team (exam purchase).

Please be advised - we work cases in the order in which they are received. You will receive a response from our Exam Administration team within the next several days.

In the meantime, regarding your attempt to purchase an exam, "fees paid and charged but error on checkout."  The error means your transaction did not fully process on our end. I do not see any purchase in your ISC2 account.

Please allow 5 - 7 days (or more depending on your bank) for the funds to be released back to your account. While the amount may still appear as pending during this period, it should automatically drop off once the bank completes the reversal.

If the funds have not been returned after this timeframe, you may want to follow up with your bank.
