I am having this error for days, have tried clear cache, tried different cards and different browser still failed.
Email a couple times and no useful responses for two weeks.
Want to schedule exam for October 31 and I still cannot resolve this issue and a bit stressing out while studying for exam.
Any helpful tips are welcome 😞

This happened to me as well when I went to pay my dues. The money was taken from my account twice.
