Yes, you need to keep up with CPE requirements for all ISC2 certifications.

Also, you can't put your certifications on hold if you take a break, you need to keep up with the CPEs and the annual fees until either you retire and request your certification to be put into retired status (caveats and a one-off fee apply) or you just decide to stop being an ISC2 member and stop paying your fees / submitting your CPEs. Be aware there are penalties if you do this and then decide you want to become a member again.
