CCSP Exam purchasing problem

Today I purchased the CCSP certification with the peace of mind option.

 

The import was deducted from the bank account, but I received an error while purchasing. I have not received a single e-mail regarding the purchase and I can't see the purchase in my order history.

 

I need support to please resolve this ASAP.

Thank you for contacting the ISC2 Community Board.

 

What is happening is that purchasers are seeing the preauthorization that is being done by Stripe prior to full purchase completion. If the purchase is never completed (for whatever reason), that charge will fall off in a few days as we never post from our side.

 

If you are still having issues please create a case for Exam Administration examadministration@isc2.org,  if you have not already done so.
