I attempted to register for an ISC2 exam, and although my payment was processed and the exam fee was charged to my account, I encountered an error during the checkout process. As a result, I did not receive any confirmation of the registration or exam scheduling.
Please find and confirm the transaction and advise on the next steps. I would appreciate your assistance in either confirming the exam registration or issuing a refund if the registration did not go through.
@cyberberat I would advise calling and opening a ticket. I hope that get it worked out soon.

What is happening is that purchasers are seeing the preauthorization that is being done by Stripe prior to full purchase completion. If the purchase is never completed (for whatever reason), that charge will fall off in a few days as we never post from our side. If you have any questions, please email examadministration@isc2.org
