Pearson Vue normally sends confirmation of booked exams.  They also send reminders before the exam. Check the email address you used when booking the exam. The subject line used for the email sent to me was, ' Pearson VUE Appointment Confirmation for ISC2.'  The information you asked about is all listed in the email.

You can usually find the exact time and location of your booked exam in the confirmation email you received after registering. If you can’t locate that email, check your account on the exam provider’s website—there’s often a “My Bookings” or “Upcoming Exams” section where all the details are listed
