CC exam not free

Hi, I have had altready account with Pearson VUE. I have already booked exam for SSCP and paid, nevertheless I wanted to use the oportunity to claim free CC exam before that. Going through the process still want to charge me normal price. Ive claimed to be ISC2 Candidate. Is anything else I should do?

It is free for most.  I am not sure if booking the other exam would be a reason to not consider you.  I know that those of us with a certification.  You would need an exam voucher code to not have to pay for it.  If they let you sign up as a candidate, that and self-study training should be given to you.  https://www.isc2.org/certifications/cc?queryID=0e0e6ea1aa2fa98c3cab5ab0961f4d5d#Certification%20and%...

Unfortunately, your registration and scheduled SSCP exam are what's preventing you from registering for the CC exam free of charge.

Please send an email to examadministration@isc2.org and explain your situation. One of the Exam Admin coordinators will help you access your one free attempt at the CC exam.
