I am currently undergoing heavy medication, which has affected my ability to attend the exam in my current condition. I kindly ask for your assistance in rescheduling the exam to the end of this year, allowing me the opportunity to demonstrate my potential as a future cybersecurity specialist and to become a respected member of the cybersecurity community.
This the problem i am facing in my reschedule:
"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled. The registration was discounted and the discount has restrictions (100% off promo for the CC Exam valid until 12/31/2024). The new appointment does not satisfy the following restriction: This discount cannot be used with appointments scheduled after 31 Jul 2024."
