CC Exam resche

Dear ISC2 Member Support Team,
 
Good day.
 
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request assistance regarding my Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) exam voucher under the One Million Certified in Cybersecurity program.
 
My exam schedule is approaching in two days; however, I am currently still recovering from an illness(Chicken pox). Because of this situation, I am concerned that I may not be able to take the exam in the best condition possible and may cause contagion into the testing area.
 
With this, I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to request your consideration for a short extension or guidance on how I may reschedule my CC exam under these circumstances. I truly value the opportunity provided by this program and remain committed to completing the certification once I have fully recovered.
