access denied when login

Hi there,

 

I'm having an issue login to ISC2 website to register my exam. When I tried to login with my account (same as this community account), the page displayed "Access Denied, you do not have permission." I hope if anyone is able to help me with this. Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to learn you received the "access denied" message when trying to log into your ISC2 account. Please accept our apologies.

Please clear your browser cache and try again. There was a technical issue overnight that was preventing login to the ISC2 website. It was cleared at about 9 AM Eastern US time today, September 5, 2025.
