Pre-assessment

I confused with how the pre-assessment got scored.

Previously I got 91% of competency, but got 71% final. I did not pass and unable to take the next course - lesson. 

What should I do to make it 100% competency?

@VOOO   What practice test engine are you using.  No clue from what gave.  Just want to try and help.  Guessing that this is for CC?
