Wrong CISSP exam question how to report it?

I am doing practice test training for CISSP.

One of the questions say:

Which of the following situations would MOST inhibit the effective implementation of security governance:

A: The complexity of technology

B: Budgetary constraints

C: Conflicting business priorities

😧 High-level sponsorship

The test check suggest the right answer is 😧 High-level sponsorship

That is clearly wrong having High-level sponsorship cannot inhibit the effective implementation of security governance. If anything it is the most important requirement for the effective implementation of security governance.

Clearly the question is wrongly formulated.

It should have been:

Which of the following situations would MOST inhibit the effective implementation of security governance:

A: The complexity of technology

B: Budgetary constraints

C: Conflicting business priorities

😧 No High-level sponsorship

How do we report this to ISC2 and fix this?
