There are no "required" study time for any of the ISC2 certs.
How much study time you need to prepare for SSCP (or any other) will depend on your existing skills and knowledge.
For instance, I passed the HCISPP cert after getting the official book and reading it twice over a weekend. BUT, I had been working doing HIPAA security risk assessments for a couple of years, so had a lot of existing knowledge in the area.
If you have knowledge/skills in the domain of the SSCP, then you won't need too much study time. If you have gaps in your knowledge, you will need more study time to fill it.
